About
We have a large number of new Design schools, and the students have large number of options for their first job. We need to connect with the student community and attract the right talent for Philips Design.
We needed to create a Platform for conducting engagement activities with design students.
My Role
I designed and ran an interactive workshop with design school students to help them identify the right career choices after graduation.
It was a 2 hour workshop that helped students visualise the ideal work environment and create a visual metaphor of their design careers.
Insights and Opportunities
Design students have many options and industries to choose when they graduate
Philips needs to know what the new generation of designers want from their employers
Design students will enjoy the dialog more if we make it interactive and visual
