SmartPerfusion Usability
About
PAD - Peripheral artery disease is a narrowing of the peripheral arteries. Philips offered an imaging solution for blood perfusion visualisations. This however saw very low adoption and low usage among the installed base. There were complaints about difficulty of use and limited functionality.
My Role
As a Usability designer, I created a usability validation plan that included multiple formative tests across locations.
User insights were fed back into the design and development process for increased user satisfaction and subsequently adoption.
